Our international intern Laetitia Dorsingville from the USA will champion this program with to relate cultural traditional practices affecting the health of women in the community. The program is conducted in the Banga-Bakundu village and has as major target young girls between the ages of 15-22 and all women living in the community.  Anti HIV/AIDS clubs will be nurses in the the village and their skills and knowledge shall be developed to support them in problem solving, project management, and promoting greater awareness of responsible sexual behavior. The ultimate goal is to reduce the prevalence of cultural behavior that encourages the wide spread of HIV/AIDS and sexually related health problems, with the intention of spreading awareness to the greater community through the training of youth leaders.
